Equipped with four sets of perforation dies and a profiled center die, our metal panel perforator machine securely holds the material in place, ensuring precise and straight perforations. At the exit, a peeling device prevents material from getting stuck and prevents tearing for quality results every time.

(2) Mechanical Recoilers/Slitters

Our state-of-the-art Sheet Metal Mechanical Recoilers/Slitters streamline metal fabrication and enhance efficiency. It slices the master coil into narrower widths for processing through a trim rollformer or snap-loc machine. This machine combines the features of a conventional slitting line with a sheet tensioner, along with a coil reel and cart.
