PAC-CLAD Tite-Loc Plus double lock

The same 2″ seam as Tite-Loc, folded all the way over to a 180° double lock.

2″ mechanical seam, 180° double lock

A double locked seam for the toughest roofs

Tite-Loc Plus uses a floating clip like Tite-Loc, but the seamer folds the seam over twice to a 180° double lock. Specs call for it on low slope roofs and on jobs where the seam has to hold up to the most weather.

The seamer runs one direction, so crews lay panels left to right and seam down the slope. PAC-CLAD warns that it won’t climb steep pitches, so plan the seaming on steeper roofs.

  • Low slope roofs down to 1/2:12
  • Specs that call for a double lock seam
  • Open purlin roofs that need FM approval
  • Commercial and institutional roofs

Tite-Loc Plus jobs through our shop

We roll form Tite-Loc Plus panels in our Mt. Juliet shop from PAC-CLAD coil. Our New Tech SSQ II has a die for each PAC-CLAD profile on these pages, so your panels and matching flashings come from one shop.

We’re a certified PAC-CLAD roll former. We bend the flashings from PAC-CLAD flat sheet and coil, and we can make sample pieces for your crew to check on the roof before we run the rest.

We work in 24 ga PAC-CLAD steel and .032 and .040 aluminum. For long runs, we can also form panels right on your site, in as many trips as the job needs.
